To travel is better than to arrive.

What is it that our heart lingers upon the most? One choicest desire, which is so close to our heart and our being, than anything else in our lives. In midst of the chase to make our desire a reality. We set upon a journey, full of stumbles, falls or failures, friendships. This whole journey basically becomes an amalgamation of small stories, which are the final product of these experiences.

The stories of failures, the stories of struggles, the stories of friendships. We live and relive these stories all throughout the journey, which eventually becomes a learning process, in the end of it. At times people fail to realize that, the experiences are the part of that same journey, which will lead us to our destination or desire. Hence fearing the failure, they easily give up on their dreams.

But what if instead of trying to experience our desire, we live each day to experience the journey. What if we start enjoying the journey more than the destination. What if we shift our focus from the Ultimate destination to the Ultimate Journey. What if we aim to look at the failure eye to eye, and decide to go through the pain, irrespective of the outcome. What if we prepare ourselves prior to the stumbles, and embrace each one of these as Our Learning.

Destination is illusion. It is what your mind creates of it. May be the most choicest desire to one’s heart is vain to someone else. But the experience during the course of it, is what everyone will be able to relate to. Failure is familiar to everyone, its inevitable and part of everyone’s experiences. All of us who are trying so hard to make the ends meet, should instead live here in the moment and rejoice in the journey.

The only question which can bring the shift in your mind is; What makes your journey more fulfilling than just to arrive??

Experience gratitude.
